Allestree Park is a large public park and nature reserve in Allestree, Derby, known for its woodland trails, open green spaces, lake views, picnic areas and walking routes. Part of the park has been turned into one of the UK’s biggest urban rewilding projects, creating a quieter natural space where wildlife, local residents, dog walkers, cyclists and families can enjoy the outdoors away from the city centre.
